Organizational Announcements

 Date: 12/28/2016

Rocore is pleased to announce several organizational changes effective January 2017:

  • Ralph Quirk has elected to retire on 12/31/16.  Ralph has been the plant manager for Rocore's Dallas facility since its acquisition from Modine in late 2000.  Previously he oversaw the relocation of this plant from the Boston area in 1992 where he had worked for Modine since 1984.  Prior to Modine, this facility had been a family owned business, as most were during that era, known as Beacon Radiator located next to historic Fenway Park.  Ralph began his career there in 1977 as an assistant to one of the owners and has been in the radiator business for the past 40 years.  Ralph has been a key member of the Rocore team for sixteen years and we will wish him well in his retirement.
  • In Ralph's place, Amra Mason has been promoted to the Dallas Plant Manager position.  Prior, Amra served as an Assistant Manager to Ralph Quirk, as well as maintaining several roles for Sales, Inside Sales, and Production Management.  Amra has been with Rocore since March 2010.
  • Perry Tallman has elected to retire from CTI Industries at the end of the year.  Perry was one of the original founder / owners of the company, and fulfilled the Director position for the company since Rocore's acquisition in 2015.  Peter has been instrumental in the transition of CTI Industries into the Rocore family, and we wish him well in his retirement.
  • Ed Sudhoff has been promoted to Director of CTI Industries effective January 2017, replacing Perry Tallman who has elected to retire.  Ed has been with CTI Industries for thirty years, since 1986, filling the primary Estimating, Engineering, and Quoting role.

Rocore is pleased to announce that is has completed the acquisition of CTI Industries, based in Orange, CT, USA, with additional operations in the UAE. CTI Industries specializes in rapid response service and repair work servicing “Refineries & Power Stations” both in the USA and worldwide. The customer base served by CTI includes many of the global oil refining companies, including Shell, BP, Chevron, and Exxon-mobile.
